Description
For use as an aid in the symptomatic relief of allergic dermatitis and non-specific dermatoses in dogs and cats.
Dosage
Give for six days or less. Small breeds: (15 lbs or under): 1/4 to 1/2 3 times per day. (Decrease dosage proportionately for toy breeds.) Medium breeds: (15 to 30 lbs): 1/2 to 1 tablet 3 times per day. Large breeds: (30 lbs or more): 1 to 3 tablets 3 times per day. Dosage should be restricted to the lowest level necessary to control the symptoms.
Contraindications
Severe hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and renal disease and infection. Symptoms of corticosteroid toxicity or individual sensitivities indicates immediate discontinuance of treatment.
