Cephalovac EWT Indications
For the vaccination of all types and ages of healthy horses against Eastern and Western Equine Encephalomyelitis and tetanus.
Administration And Dosage
Shake well before using. Using aseptic technique, inject 2 mL deep intramuscularly. Administer a second 2 mL dose in 4 to 6 weeks, using a different injection site. Revaccinate annually and prior to anticipated exposure, using a single 2 mL dose. Use a separate, sterile 1 1/2 inch needle for each injection.
Cephalovac EWT Caution
Store at 35-45°F (2-7°C). Protect from freezing. Use entire contents when first opened. Contains gentamicin and thimerosal as preservatives. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Anaphylactoid reactions may occur following use.
Antidote
Epinephrine.

This level of performance may be affected by conditions such as stress, weather, nutrition, disease, parasitism, other treatments, individual idiosyncrasies or impaired immunological competency. These factors should be considered by the user when evaluating product performance or freedom from reactions.
